Since March, 1990 the President of the National council elect, assumed the management of the ensemble of Blue Lodges of the Rite in France and associated countries.

Conscious of the limits of the age of Light, the Rite, today, strengthened by its inherited foundation of the Temples of Memphis, invites everyone to evolve from rational Knowledge to Consciousness in the strictest sense of the term.
It urges its members to take up, no longer an intellectual and moral but, a living approach and integration with the Symbolic and also a new ethic, a renewed vision of the world at the dawn of the XXIst Century which should be the conviction of all members.
It has one desire only, to further Universal Brotherhood and this through the sciences, education for all, the struggle against ignorance, abundance for all, peace and emancipation for all.
It is today, in spite of innumerable realisations, the counting of equal weight of ignorance, poverty, tyranny and the war of egoism that persist above everything on all sides.
The "Combat for Life" seems to have overcome the struggle for Love. The materialistic possession have not appeased the appetites of the Soul and Spirit.
